Cancellation Policy

I respect that your time is valuable and appreciate that you understand that mine is too. Late cancellations may not allow me time to fill the vacant appointment slot meaning that another client may not be able to come at that time.

To ensure fairness to all in need, I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. I’ll happily cancel or re-book your appointment at no cost if you tell me 24 hours or more before the scheduled time.

I may apply a fee where you cancel or reschedule a booked appointment within 24 hours of the appointment. The fee will be 50% of the value of the consultation fee for that booking which had been made and subsequently cancelled or rescheduled.

If you make a booking and do not attend your appointment (and have not contacted me to cancel or reschedule your appointment), I may apply a fee of 50% of the value of the consultation fee for that booking which had been made and not attended.

If you have paid in advance, I may not issue a refund for cancelled appointments.

I’ll apply this policy at my discretion after considering individual circumstances.
